Bought gift cards from Sam's .com , several , went to use them , they were useless no value whatsoever , pieces of plastic only . Went to my nearest Sam's club member since 2010 , had bought 9nline and I store before had no issues , assumed could return them honest mistake , prolly just weren't validated . The store refused to help including mgr on duty . Totally embarrassed at restaurant and then at Sam's store , not sure what action to take from this point , but I'm very disappointed in Sam's and the way it's been handled .<br /> Wendell Wheeler Hendersonville TN
