Original Comment I do not understand why H-E-B cannot have a special shopping time for the elderly and others at risk. <br /> Also, it seems that they could give priority to curbside delivery to the elderly. I tried to put in an order for things that I need NOW and cannot get a curbside delivery until 4 1/2 days from now.
