Dear Corporate,
I am a senior resident of Salem NH and I live on a fixed income. When I heard the Deaconess Hospital in Boston, like many others were in need of masks for their health care workers, I wanted to my part in helping. I do sew but living on a fixed income trying to make ends meet is very hard.
Today I went into Salem NH Walmart #2142 to see if they had restocked the alcohol. While I was there I went into the fabric department and spoke with a very nice employee named Jean, I told her I would love to donate my time making masks for the hospital but could not afford the cost of the supplies and asked if Walmart would donate the supplies I needed. Jean then called for the store manager Mr. Steve Lee, an angel in my eyes, because of his kind generosity, giving me a $100.00 gift card I was now able to but the supplies I needed to make the much needed masks.
You should be very proud in having him represent your company. I can't thank him enough for what he has done not just for me but for the health care workers out there helping us!
