First let me thank all the HEB employees and staff for staying open and stocked as much as is humanly possible. Without them we would not have access to food and necessities and we all are very appreciative of your hard work. The delivery and curbside options are a tremendous help to many. I did notice that some elderly are either not willing or Internet comfortable enough to take advantage of these options. It troubles me to see couples obviously in their 70s and 80s shipping at the busiest times of the day with no personal protection. I see canes and wheelchairs. Is it possible that these folks could be intercepted in the parking lot before entering the store and requested to remain in the car while someone shops for them or give the store their list and wait at home or comeback for curbside? I know you are probably short staffed but I for one would volunteer to assist with something like this to help keep elderly safe
