I'm a 69 yr old person who lives alone and I have lung disease and high blood pressure so I'm at high risk. Since the Covid-19 count is going up I try to do my part and stay home. I placed an order 9 days ago to be picked up today. I received a text that I would not get the toilet paper and paper towels I ordered so I requested a call. Of course Travis apologized and proceeded to tell me they received over a 1000 orders today, good for HEB. I asked him if I basically have to stand in a line with all the other people before 8AM in HOPES of getting my paper products and he said yes and suggested I get in line early. I know the store doesn't get just 1 or 2 pallets of paper products. HEB NEEDS TO ALLOW FOR OUR ORDERS TO BE FILLED INSTEAD OF PUTTING US AT RISK WHICH NOW I WILL BE. I really expected better from HEB. The store I ordered from is #741.
