Original Comment You get what you pay for meaning cheap service! They always short me when I add new minutes and customer service is a nightmare!!! Then if you need technical support you have to try to find the chat on the website because they don't do over the phone tech support. Let me just tell you that dealing with them for anything is a nightmare. Then with COVID 19 hitting and all meetings and such going to phone conference calls MagicJack doesn't work! You have to buy special prepaid minute cards for that so I missed all of my work, church, school and training meetings!!! So, if you're strapped for cash and can't afford anything better and realize that you're going to get crap service then and only then is magicjack for you. I'm terribly sad that I recommended it to so many people in the beginning.
