Original Comment Last night my husband and I attempted to take our 3 year old autistic son to eat at the Southaven Mississippi Chili's because he absolutely loves Chili's but as we entered we were refused service because he did not have a mask on. We explained he was 3 and autistic and could not wear a mask. We were again told by a very rude hostess he was not allowed service or to even be on the building. He is exempt one for his age and two for his disability. However, we were told to leave. It is a violation of the law to refuse service to anyone with a disability, on top of being just plain rude and ignorant. Definitely will NEVER be back to this location. We ended up driving to the Olive Branch location which is in the same county and were welcomed with open arms and treated wonderfully. The manager of the Olive Branch location was shocked at how we were refused service and treated. Corporate really needs to review their training and up their game in who they choose to represent them
