The Exxon in Newport News, VA (11202 Jefferson Ave) has an employee that is very rude. No acknowledgement, greeting or conversation and he carelessly throws my merch down and walks off after my purchase. Come to find out he just wanted to rush outside to smoke and was upset each time a new customer walked in. I don't think he's cut to represent your company. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to catch his name but he's a mid-aged black male who usually works overnight.
