Good afternoon,<br /> Wanted to share a recent experience I had at one of your Miami locations. <br /> I ordered lunch today via ubereats requesting white rice in my chicken bowl. When I received my order I was given brown rice and it was hard and crunchy. Totally unacceptable! Furthermore my beverage was left out the bag. <br /> I order lunch with youguys 5 days a week and lately the quality of food from this location has been on the decline. But today really is the first time that I'm considering spending my money elsewhere!!!!!<br /> I called the location and spoke to the manager Dave, he instructed me to go to your website and place another order but it was asking for credit card. I don't have my wallet on me and Apple Pay was not an option. Dave said he had no other solutions to get my order right today other than me placing an additional order Through unereats and being charged again. <br /> Would love if a senior manager could reach out to me and establish a time to converse. I'd like to share my concerns in hopes that you can cure these customer pain points and make me happy to eat with chipotle again. And refund for the meal I'm not able to partake in. <br /> <br /> Thanks in advance!
