Original Comment I was told I would get a refund being that I had to cancel my traveling arrangements due to Covid. I have to quarantine for 14 days and I also provided a letter from my doctor stating so. I had an agent and supervisor tell me that QUARANTINE doesn't mean I can't travel. This is the most disgusting and ignorant response I've ever heard. This company is insensitive and definitely needs to educate themselves on whats really going on in the world. If quarantine doesn't mean you can't travel, as per these agents, no wonder this pandemic is not getting better. People are losing their lives and their family due to this virus and it is not to be taken lightly. Shame on every person I've come in contact with who has shown a blatant disregard for human life in a time so critical.
