Original Comment One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. There is a serious language barrier. Rather than helping with my actual problem, they kept cancelling an order that didn't have a problem. I finally gave up, after spending money on three different wrong orders. $60 down the drain, and I still don't have the gift I was trying to order. Guess I'm going else where. A
