Original Comment Your customer support is abysmal, dishonest and insulting. On Nov. 17, about 10:45 am, I spoke with a female technician who identified herself as "Tamara", describing the malfunction in the Frigidaire model #FFRH1822R2EO, Serial #KK91911078 through wall heater/AC which I purchased last year. After hearing the problem and purchase date she assured me the unit was still covered by your warranty and that your company would replace it with a new one; then said it might be possible to repair it and scheduled a repairman to come to my house between noon and 5 pm on Nov. 24. She assured me that he would bring a new replacement unit with him in case mine could not be repaired. I cancelled all my appointments that day and remained home to meet the repairman who never showed up. Just before 7 pm that evening I called to report his failure to appear and spoke with another female who identified herself as "Jasmine". She said the repairman had "rejected" the job that day but could not explain why no one called to inform me, wasting my entire afternoon. Then she said that despite what Tamara told me my unit was out of warranty and the only thing she could do, as a "courtesy" to me, was send another repairman to my house the morning of Dec. 17. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she put me on hold for five minutes, then returned to say the supervisor refused to speak with me...that she, herself, had already done "everything possible." Between the two phone calls I spent an hour on the phone, most of it waiting for a technician to answer, in addition to the five hours I waited for the repairman. Most insulting, however, was having your employee tell me her supervisor "refused" to speak with me. You should be ashamed of such customer service which will certainly lead to wide spread advice to avoid purchasing any product from Frigidaire.
