Original Comment Rheem sucks I have had two companies sent to my house by Rheem to fix my few month old hybrid hot water heater. The first company only changed the part sent by Rheem and didn't do any diagnostics like the repair order said to do. I do t think they were capable. So they sent a second company out that Rheem sent out and he waited on hold for Rheem tech suppprt to answer for over 45 minutes. He said he couldn't wait any longer and left. So again took two days off work and still a broken water heater and no service l. I have now been on the phone on hold for 1-1/2 hrs with still no answer. What is Rheem going to do about this. I want the unit replaced sent to my home and schedule a tech to install.
