Who ARE you people? Either your chat bot wants a credit card number for me to ask a simple question, or your customer service person refuses to process my request (after a 20 minute wait), or your automated 'virtual assistant' doesn't get the serial # right- and then tells me there's a 30 minute wait. I originally wanted to give Frigidaire an opportunity to make good on the cheap plastic handles on #FFTR2131QP0 -- they've broken twice. My dealer told me replacements would be $65- WHAT? We've only had it for a year- no kids in the house- normal wear and tear. I wanted to avoid going the 'bad review' route but your company makes it difficult to speak to a human being. Put a person on the other end of the phone and you'll see an amazing uptick in customer satisfaction. I'll expect an email from you ASAP so we can resolve this. Thank You. DL/Globe AZ
