Original Comment Hello<br /> I am Naomi Brown. I am Remodeling a house in Milledgeville, GA. I had the flooring measured and then couldn't finish the project for the lack of enough money. I had been given a quote and everything. I have the funds now so I called back the store in Byron to open the project back up. The said since the measurements were older than six months they would need to do again. I informed them that nothing had changed but the said it was protocols. I informed them that I would choose another wood if the one I originally chose was no longer available. The lady said it was and would be going on sale the following week. I told her I would choose another one if my original one took me off budget. Brad went out and did the measurements on 3/25/21. I was told the measurements were now different. How could this be and the house has not grown nor decreased. Now I am under the impression someone is trying to capitalize.This is no way to do a customer.
