Original Comment I went to my Chili's in Jonesboro, At 72404 . There was 5 of us and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get waited on and get our food . We were seated in the corner booth where the trim at the bottom of the windows had holes in bottom of trim to see to the outside wood that was eaten of termites or rot. On the windowsill was several dead flys. The table was sticky . I had 3 children with me that were saying gross . Very disappointed in appearance and service . I've always thought of it being my favorite place. They could have put tape over the three holes about 8 to 10 inches long . Wish I had taken pictures. . There is no reason that these places shouldn't be fixed or leave the blinds down. Just thought you needed to know how this chain is doing. We spent about 80.00 there..The next time I go back if I do I hope it's fixed. Thank you
