Original Comment Formerly I was a dedicated Virgin Mobile before Boost took over. Since then, my experience has been a nightmare, and I have more than a strong suspicion that Boost has raided my account to the tune of at least $350 by illicitly charging me (per call) for incoming calls which were never made. Customer service personnel are a joke, those I have spoken with can barely speak or understand English, and they can't help you with anything. Coverage is pitiful for one of the areas I frequent, where it was perfect under Virgin Mobile. Never, Never go with Boost.
