Original Comment To begin with Walmart needs to keep their business in America and have people to talk to that have an understanding of the English language and can speak it. They hire out to these other countries and you can not communicate.<br /> This all started when Walmart changed their app. Even a store employee stated she didn't like it-Why mess up a good thing when you have it as her reply.I have bought from Walmart for years spent thousands of dollars with them. I get an email back in November stating my account was deactivated due to return violations. I have read their policy multiple times and NOWHERE is it stated that you can not return. It plainly states that you can return FedEx pick up, FedEx store, walmart store, or by mail. Half the things that &quot;supposed to been returned weren't even returned. I cant help Walmart sent me the wrong items on several occasions, I cant help some packages never even arrived at MY home, nor that they arrived damaged and Walmart had to refund or replace. NONE of that is on me! But yet Walmart holds it against me. I was told by Walmart employees of Walmart to make a new account with Walmart.com and continue to order. This is employees that can NOT speak English nor can they understand it!!!! But I did (several times). I was not told that Walmart reads you IP and you can not use the same device or that new account is blocked too. But this is what I find to be really wrong. Walmart holds access to to ALL the information you put in on your account. I have no way to delete my credit card information from my account because I'm locked out. Yet the person on the other end can see everything. I know this for a fact because I called Walmart.com and they read EVERYTHING to me, but yet I couldn't get access to MY information. You can not use your same card rather you use it directly on the Walmart site or through PayPal or that is a flag and you are blocked. Don't use the same address or phone number or that gets you blocked. I feel its wrong to do such a thing. Walmart should contact you in some form and discuss the matter with you before blocking you all together. My card is linked to my account and ALL my purchases were in my account (store and online), but I no longer have access to it. My pharmacy as well was linked to my account and I no longer have access to it. Now that is messing with one's health which is really messed up! <br /> I'm told i can still shop in the store and use the same card there just not online. So in other words Walmart wants my business but don't want to give me convince. I have health issues (back and leg) and can not go walking through Walmart but now I cannot order my groceries online or any other items. I can not refill my prescriptions online and click to have them mailed to me or pick up in the parking lot. Walmart has not thought this through. Oh even if you delete your info after placing your order-they still hold access to it ALL. That is an invasion of privacy in my opinion. There are some things I would order that is not carried in the store (wonder if the market place sellers know about Walmarts doings) Bet market place sale have dropped too. <br /> In conclusion if Walmart doesn't want my business Amazon, Target, and Harris Teeter does. I can drive up and get my groceries from Target or Harris Teeter and Amazon will mail me anything else I need, heck I can even go to eBay if i need to.So the way i see it Walmart is the looser NOT me!
