I bought a charger/cable combo from the Exxon a few days ago. Before the purchase, I asked if the the merchandise became defective if I could bring it back with my receipt. I was told yes. The part that plugs into the phone broke off INTO the phone. Took the combo back with receipt and was told I couldn't get a refund. When I told them I was going to call corporate to report their non-compliance, I was told by the female attendant to call Obama as well. The main attendant rambles that he supports black lives matter and ask why I'm trying to hit him. This behavior is absolutely not okay. Train your employees on proper refund policy. Also, both need to be reprimanded for their unprofessionalism.
