Original Comment What is up with the fact that your company will not replace a refrigerator that went bad within the first year of purchase?? The warranty was extended by your company due to the fact that it was taking so long the get parts, but the the fridge was still not fixable? So a letter was sent to the customer saying they would get a new fridge due to the fact that the first was NOT fixable? Now that offer is being removed!! I always thought your company was known for quality products and customer satisfaction! But evidently NOT!! Very Disappointed!!!
