Original Comment Hello, I booked a room for the 24th -27th in Stone Oak area of San Antonio, TX. I am an IGH Club member and this is the first time I've had to a complaint. My rom number is 338 and it would appear that since it's at the end of the hallway, we can't get hot water (as told by someone at the desk) three hours free first reporting it. We asked for a trash can, lid for the ice bucket, and an iron that worked. It's almost four pm and nothing has been done including taking out the trash and getting the towels. My husband passed housekeeping and asked if they would clean our room, ( the response was... you want your room cleaned?). I've also never seen painted duck tape on the shade to cover the window. I've had more comfort from a Holiday Inn Express (and it came with the same breakfast they wanted to me to pay $12.95 for).
