Original Comment The Arby's in Kileen, TX is a joke and they have absolute horrible customer service/ability to run a store. After repeating my order 4 times and finally getting aggravated and being told they wanted me to repeat it again ti make sure it was correct as if the first 4 times they couldn't get it right; I got am attitude and they decided to refuse service. I then called back 3 times to the store and was given a fake corporate number and cussed at when I told them to stop playing games and give me a number that was legit. Perhaps more than just a high school is needed for restaurant employees since taking an order is too hard to comprehend.
