Original Comment I went to a chilis here in Reno, Nv this evening and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant has been a favorite for my daughter and I for quite some time. Tonight is my third visit in a row where I very much regretted my choice to eat there. I ordered the chicken fajitas like I normally do. When they finally arrived at my table they were room temperature, not sizzling like the fajitas normally do. The extra boat and tortillas I normally ask for weren't with my order. At this point I hadn't seen my server since I had ordered my food but had to wait another twenty minutes for her to come check on me. When I finally got a chance to speak to her I reminded her about the extras I asked for. At this point she was obviously very upset with me. I had a rough week and was there tonight to have a good meal and try to unwind and left sad and disappointed. I will never return to any chilis restaurant and will recommend my friends and family follow suit.
