Original Comment I want to say thank you to a specific employee at your Auto Zone Store at 3322 Cromwell Dr, Norfolk, VA 23509; unfortunately, I don't have her name. However, she was the only lady working on October 4th around 6pm (an older African American lady). She went beyond to help me. My newer Range Rover Sport was having electrical issues/transmission fault, and my phone was dead. She helped me find a cord and brick to charge my phone and made sure I was safe while waiting for the tow truck. She was the only person to do this. On top of that, she offered to charge the cars battery and told me all the wonderful things her store offered. She was wonderful. Please find her, and please tell her how exceptional her caring and empathy are in today's world. She made a difference.
