Horrible product and customer service<br /> Absolutely horrible customer service! We bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and it quit working after less than 36 hours. It was then replaced and the next refrigerator quit working in less than four weeks. We have contacted Frigidaire multiple times and they are extremely slow in getting back with us and getting the problem solved. When you spend over $2000 for a kitchen appliance you expect it to work properly and yet Frigidaire seems to go out of their way to make things worse for their customers. They continuously push back on any opportunities to help the customers through their problems. It's absolutely one of the worst experiences my wife and I have endured when buying large appliances. We will ensure all of our family and friends never purchase Frigidaire products again and do everything in our power to promote their inadequate customer service, extreme dedication to poor quality and horrible product reliability.
