Original Comment I shopped in your store on April 12, 2024. Store #11990 at 9630 Mesa Drive in Houston Tx. The gentlemen with no name badge had one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered. He was I guess upset with the customer that was in front of me who pushed cash back when clearly the sign said no cash back. When she asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. Clearly, he was upset about something that made him display such a terrible attitude. As I approached the counter I spoke, and he was rude to me as well. I told him I haven't done anything but spoke to you. He replied," Speaking was not in his job description". I said a few unpleasant words to him because at this point, I felt disrespected and for that I apologize. If this young man is the face of your company? You really should have Leadership Training on how to deal with people on good as well as bad days. I know you probably don't care that I will no longer go into your establishment, but I thought someone should know what's going on in your store. I:28 PM Receipt # 119900174923053250
