Original Comment I have to share our great experience with the store manager Wayne Bawden. My husband and I were traveling from Tucson Az to Augusta Ga pulling a 46' 5th wheel when our AC in the truck stopped blowing cold air. It felt like a 100°+ inside our truck. I have some health issues and I was beginning to get sick. I googled the nearest Autozone and thankfully GPS led us to the Autozone in Sweetwater Texas and we were happily helped by Wayne. My husband knows the basics around an ac unit in vehicles but a newer truck was bit more challenging. Wayne came outside and actually added refrigerant himself while explaining what he was doing. He brought me a bottle of cold water because the heat was taking a toll me. Within minutes the truck was blowing ice cold air again, and I was feeling better from the cold water. Not only did Wayne get us on back on the road, he told us which rest stops were shaded and he recommended some good places to eat. Wayne went above and beyond to help us out and refused to take any money my husband offered him out of gratitude. Thank you Wayne for your excellent customer service, the service industry should have more people like you.
