Original Comment Purchased a Roku unit. Received it and installed it in a flash. But the content of the channels that were available were not what I wanted. Called for Return Authorization and had to wait for "agent" to go through a sales spiel. Finally got authorization. Returned unit via USPS tracking. Company said they never got it, then they said they got it. Then I was told credit to be issued in 7 days, then 9 days, they 10-15 days. Finally called credit card company and disputed the charge. My credit card company told me that charge would remain for 60 until Roku cleared it. They never did. They also don't know how to handle credits for returns. Very poor business practices. Never again. BEWARE.
