Original Comment Very unhappy customer!<br /> I had taken my Dutch Tech into Oreck in Schaumburg to be repaired. What a nightmare dealing with Maurice. He always tries to sell me a new vacuum instead of repairing the one I have. I paid a over $1,000.00 for my vacuum and do not want to trade it in for one that is only $400.00-$500.00.<br /> I have had nothing but problems when dealing with my Maurice at the Oreck located in Schaumburg IL.. <br /> He is extremely rude and hung up on my husband when he called about the repairs they did on my vacuum. i Own 3 Oreck vacuums and have had many years of excellence with them. I am seriously considering buying a Dyson vacuum after all of the inconviences that oreck puts me through every time I need to repair it. I will never refer anyone to Oreck.<br /> <br /> Unhappy Customer
