Add me to the growing list of dissatisfied customers. and I use &quot;customer&quot; lightly, more like victim! <br /> I have a brand new unit out of the box inoperable. <br /> I started the warranty process almost two months ago and no follow ups unless I carve out the time to sit on hold for who knows how long, only to finally get someone who gives their standard, scripted answer, &quot;we apologize for the inconvenience. Someone will be back in touch in 1-2 business days&quot;. Don't let that fool you. They never do.<br /> DeLonghi customer support is the worst I have ever experienced - to include the cable company - and have no intention of recommending their products nor buy their products ever again. Ridiculous!
