Original Comment Gluckstadt,MS Sonicis the absolute WORST in customer service. I live less than 4 miles from them. They are on my way to work. I pulled in at 6:55 a.m. this morning. It took them over 5 minutes just to take my order which was only two cups of ice. After speaking to the carhop that kept delivering other peoples orders...finally another carhop comes out and brings me two cokes. Not what I ordered. She goes back in..I never see her again. I waited a total of 25 minutes for two cups of ice and had to leave without them. I go to the one that's out of my way which is on Highway 51 in Ridgeland, MS and get the order and the ice within one minute this morning. They were just as busy as the Gluckstadt location. Gluckstadt has only been open a few months; but if these employees don't want to work; there are many people out of jobs that I'm sure would love to work there. They are pathetic and I won't go to them again. I've tried finding the managers name..the district manager and have been unable to find their name or number.
