On 11/5/13 at about 8:18 pm my mother in law and myself have walked into the Auto Zone located on Rice st. In St. Paul, MN. As soon as we entered the store the Hmong male cashier gives us the dirtiest look as if we have walked into the wrong store. We waited in line patiently for him to finish helping the customer before us. This is a little before closing so we were the only customers there. As he finished helping them he took a few mins before he acknowledged us standing in line. He comes over to the comp with no eye contact or greeting whatsoever and I just go right ahead and ask for the product I needed. I am only running an errand for my husband so I didn't know much about what I need. He goes on with the riff about the car, year etc. we located the product but I had requested to make a call before purchasing just to make sure it was right because it is late. The male walks away stating he knows what he is talking about. As we approach the checkout lane the same male cashier still doesn't ask to check us out he just conversate and laugh hysterically with his coworker. As he rings me up he doesn't state my total he just stands there still talking to his coworker just waiting for me to hand him my debit card. This is not your everyday complaint on receiving the wrong parts etc. this complaint is being posted due to the fact that I come in all the time with my husband and there is no problem but the minute I walk in with my mother in law we (females) are treated completely different. I walked out a very dissatisfied customer due to the lack of respect I received due to my gendar. This sales man was rude and had nothing good in customer service skills. I am upset about this terrible experience and want this complaint to be addressed to the store manager and the rude hmong cashier. It's too bad I can't remember his name clearly but he was the only hmong male working that night.
