I returned equipment to Cox last July and was charged 63.60 for the equipment. It is now Jan 2014 and I am unable to get a refund. I have spoken to numerours Cox representatives that say it will be researched and they will call me back. No one ever returns a call and most of them do not place any notes in the system. Today I was told they still can not help me because sometimes it takes longer than a month to research. Really- it is obvious that Cox trains their employees to give everyone the run around and overcharge all of their customers.
