Original Comment Thank you ExpressScripts for ruining a perfectly running RX company with your hostiles acquisition of Medco. Lousy Customer Service, long processing times for mail order Rx's, and now new for 2014 you implement the Express Advantage (disadvantage) Network for local pharmacy RX fulfillments. "Avoid higher copays by filling RX's at a preferred pharmacy" or pay an additional $10 copay per RX. "For a complete list of participating pharmacies sign into expressscripts.com after Jan.1(not). I have checked every day and ALL pharmacies in your area are listed including the ones CVS & Walgreens which will incur the $10 additional copy. I spent 40 minutes with ES Cust. Serv. looking for a "preferred pharmacy in my surrounding area, none shows up and they could not search by mileage radius. Their answer was to just use CVS by my house and pay the additional $10 copay. WOW!
