I've been shopping at TJ for more then 20 years and never seen such no respect and no value to costumers in your stores. Yesterday night (around 8 pm) I was very upset. I was shopping in Pittsford store (3349 Monroe Ave, Pittsford, NY 14618). There was about 12-13 people staying in line, waiting and only one person on register. One lady asked manager Jamison, who was passing by to open at least one more register. He coolly answered: "We are doing our best". Turned around and went on the floor. There was sales person in jewelry department with no costumers there, another employee was hanging clothes on almost empty floor, but he would not call anybody to help. After waiting about 25 min. I've stopped him and pointed out that there is free person in jewelry department or the one is on the floor and if something like this is happening he himself should open the register and help out. He sarcastically answered, that he appreciate my opinion and left. When I was leaving the store, it was already two people in the jewelry department just talking with no costumers, that I've seen and line still was 10-12 people with only one register open. Who is responsible for my lost time? Very poor management!!!
