Original Comment I received a phone call from my bank about a declined credit card transaction. I wasn't in HEB and quite frankly rarely shop there. I called the bank this morning and got as much information as possible learning my card number was used NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE- first transaction was declined, second when through. I called the store where it was used and spoke with Denise. She replied she would look into it and call me back. She called me back only to say she didn't find any amounts ran that day and I needed to call my bank...I promptly informed her that I had already done this and that's where the information came from!! She also told me there was NO WAY to look up information on their registers to show a transaction being voided...not sure how that's possible since I'm pretty sure a manager would have to void it! I'm currently waiting for Denise to call me back with some information....wonder if that will happen. I've decided that I'm going to pursue any and all legal action against anyone involved with this crime!
