Original Comment I say every time I go and get bad customer service I won't shop at Walmart anymore; I really think I reached my limit of bad service this morning: Looked on line for bed risers said sold in store; Walmart is 2 miles from my home so instead of ordering on line thought I would run up and pick up a set so I could finish my bedroom arrangement today; Went to store and was fairly sure that I could locate them on my on since they were in the home living section; no such luck; so I went to 4 different stations thru out the store to find an associate for help; no one manning 3 of the stations; the auto repair called for associate help in home wares; waited over 5 minutes no one came; there was as customer in the sporting section waiting for help over 10 minutes; went to service desk stated no one on the floor to help; but was able to tell me where to find them; went back thru the store to an empty self; since I needed potting soil too went to garden center to pay and get someone to load; cashier told me has no one to load the bags; some senior citizens are unable to lift the 40 pounds bags of dirt but not me; so this is my tale about Walmart Hermitage TN
