Original Comment I just left the atlantic beach store i jax fl inteding on purchasing a 55 in tv. And putting some things for my daughter on layaway for christmas. The whole time i was in electronics i never saw anyone. I shopped some more. Went back to electronics. No one. Then went to layaway because i thought maybe they would call someone for me. As i was walking up to desk in layaway the woman behind counter walked out the door there behind the counter. She seen me, did not aknowledge me oanything. Just shut door behing her. I seen a sign at the dwsk saying bell doesnt work go to desk in electronics. So i went back to electronics ofcourse no one is there. Waitwd some more, with my 2 yr old. Walked all way back to front. Several employess standing around. No one aknowledged me still. Your employees need a lesson on customer service. People need to be akowledged. There is no reason we should be searching the store for someone to help us. But thats ok. Ill give my money to another store. No wander kmarts are shutting down left and ri right
