Original Comment Toys R Us should be ashamed of their customer service and lack of follow through. I ordered multiple How to Train your Dragon 2 toys from your company. I recieved 4 replacement products that continually were the wrong item. I contacted customer service and even talked to a manager, Kim Knight. I discussed my frustration and disappointment to her with regarding the order and various incorrect replacement orders. The manager wished to "renew my faith" in the company by sending the correct item & giving me a $25 gift card to use on my next purchase to encourage a future transaction and change my opinion of your company. Needless to say I Never received any of the things that were promised. When I called back with my reference number related to my numerous calls and my conversation with the manager, I was told there was no documentation or record of that conversation and that they didn't offer gift cards as a resolution. Based on the previous comments posted here, I would recommend you take a serious look at how not only your customer service is handled, but also the accuracy of the packing &shipping departments since all of those areas are in serious need of attention!! You should be ashamed of how I and other customers were treated and employee people who can actually have a plan that can end with a resolution and follow through on their promises! I have shopped at Babies r Us and Toys R Us for years, but after the experience I have had... I will NEVER waste my time or money in your store or online again! Good job Toys R Us.... you have successfully lost a very good customer because of your lack of service and follow through!
