Original Comment Paid two payments on a layaway and they cancelled it due to being out of stock....wth?? Lol so after calling customer service on 3 different occasions and getting 3 different answers of when id receive my money I get an email stating they cant process my refund that I have to contact a store to be assisted. They craziest part of the whole ordeal is in my order info online it says the item has been picked up...??? Whaaa how exactly? It wasnt paid in full and it was cancelled due to unavailability. I contacted the store manager and am currently waiting for her to "check on it". Im thinking theres a little inside scam going on honestly. All I know is make sure u document everything because kmart has seriously messed with the wrong mommy. :) thank you kmart and goodnight
