Original Comment Kmart.com is a JOKE! and getting someone to help me is even worse. I ordered a pair of boots for my granddaughter on line for store pick up. I was told they were in stock otherwise I would of NEVER EVER ordered them. I received an email the next day saying they weren't in stock which was a lie because I drove down to my store and they were on the shelf!! Of course I have been told by several people that my order was cancelled here it is 4 days later no refund and no boots. I am livid!! I called the corporate office and was told it was cancelled and it would be credited to my account in 48 hrs and here it is going on 50 some hours and no refund!! Don't use Kmart.com for store pick up
