I am an avid renter with Enterprise because of the positive experience that I always have with the desk agents. Sadly, today was not the case. I am currently renting a vehicle for a week while my own is being serviced. I was informed today that I would not get car would not get my car back until next Wednesday. As such, I immediately called the Enterprise office at the Keahole-Kona International Airport to request an extension. The first agent named Lei was very impatient and co seceding, even snickering when I asked her to explain the price differences between the daily and weekly rates since I may only need an additional 3 days, not 7. When I had enough of her attitude and asked to have someone else help me, she still gave me an attitude as if I offended her! Finally a nicer lady named Pele came on the phone and assisted me quite efficiently, was pleasant and friendly. She clearly and thoroughly explained how the weekly rate works to my advantage. I asked for the manager to submit a complaint about Lei but, after being put on hold for a while, was told he was on another call. I tried to call back four times at 808-334-1810 but after going through the selections, continued to get disconnected. There is clearly a problem with your Keahole-Kona International Airport station that goes against Enteprise RAC's standard of friendly and efficient service. Enough to cause a loyal customer like me to reconsider my choices the next time. What's really sad is that this very poor customer service happened in my home area. i can be reached via the email address provided.
