Original Comment My son received 2 Xbox gift cards for Christmas, which were bought I error. My son has a PS4. With receipt and un-used or tampered with gift cards went to the store where I was informed I had to visit the gift card exchange website. I did this and it appears these cards are not part of this program I the contacted the GameStop customer service and was on the phone for 3 hours with no resolution to my problem (Just Grief) My son is only asking for a GameStop gift card the value of the Xbox cards he received error.<br /> <br /> I cant believe that a large company would put an individual through so much grief and aggravation over $75.00, especially with the negative social media publicity this may cause. GAMESTOP CHRISTMAS SCROOGE!!! How difficult is it to take what was purchased and just Make it right with a GameStop gift card. Obviously GameStop isn't worried about the negative impact this may have on 2 GameStop Store in our community or on an even bigger scale social media, which reaches millions every day. Your expedient response to this matter is greatly appreciated.
