Original Comment I went to the cricket wireless on Osceola parkway in Kissimmee. If I could give negative numbers to the service I received it would be -9999999988888888889999999. The service was horrible staff rude as hell. Had problems with the phone not even a week later went in to same store and got attitude from kiara who is supposedly a manager. Was told Tuesday to Tuesday was 8 days not 7 not had to go through cricket customer service warranty department. Stuck out with the phone to find out I paid and asked for insurance call customer service to find out insurance was never added and was charged for accessories that didn't receive. I believe everyone at this store needs to be fired. If they are going to get rude and disrespect full and hang up the phone when they know they are in the wrong
