Original Comment My experience with sam club here in Alaska is a joke . Customer service sucks. I bought my 400 hundred dollar necklace with a 3 year warranty . A year after I had it I had an accident where my chain had broke. I broke it In to the sam club on old Seward highway. Explain to the store manager Jeremy I wanted to get it fixed he said that was fine and they will ship it out for me to get my chain fixed. After almost a month of waiting for my necklace to get replace, I called the store I was put on hold for almost 20 mins to finally get a hold of someone who worked for the jewlery department. I explain to her what was happening . They told me it hasn't been ship yet because the sam club repair team didn't send them the return package . So after a Month of waiting they couldn't do anything about it. Veronica who works for sam club said I was the only person who has to give the sam club repair a called . So upset and I want a refund for my necklace !!!!! Anchorage alaska
