Original Comment 48hrs ago i was shopping and having my tire fixed at my local SAMS Club. When i was getting ready to leave and the employee with another club memebrs car hit mine. Although the employees working that day were nice i left feeling uneasy as they told me somoene would contcat me with in 24hrs. I called corporate and they told me the same thing someone would contcat me right away and gave me a claims number. Here we are 48hrs later and no call. Im on hold with corporater and have been for 30min now and the lady told me to call the local SAMS. I have demanded a GM or supervisor and I have not gotten thorugh to anyone. I am 7.5 months pregnant, my neck was hurt in the accident and no compensation was even offered given I explained i was there rotating my tires as I am selling my car back to HONDA which is now on hold due to the accident.... AWFUL!!!!!
