My daughter was having a slumber party for her 14th birthday and we ordered pizza from your store on 13402 Noel RoadDallas,Texas75240. We ordered pizza at 8:30 and the online confirmation said it would arrive at 10:22. By 10:40 it hadnt arrived yet so we called and they said 11:30. This was not acceptable so we drove to get it ourselves. When we got the pizza it was cold, hard and dry. I am so disappointed with this pizza hut. I am a frequent customer and I have never seen such bad service. I'm so upset this maybe be the last time I order from you guys. The girls that couldn't stay night went home hungry cause of the poor service, then the girls that stayed got hard, cold pizza. Terrible service.....
