On 2/27/15 my Sam's Club Card expired. On 2/15/15 I sent in the $45.00 membership. On 2/28/15 I shopped at Sam's Club in Pacoima, Ca and they refused to process my purchases because they had no record of a membership renewal - a membership I have had for over 10 years. A rude upper level employee called by the cashier simply stated that I needed to pay again for my membership and then seek a refund from the corporate office. He refused any other alternative and when I declined to pay twice, he proceeded to put the purchases in the cart and hauled them away. While one of the store managers had considerably more social skills, I have decided to cancel my entire membership and never spend another dime<br /> with a company that has absolutely NO customer relations acumen, and inability to check on its customer's records, and RUDE unbending employees who ultimately reflect the values and training of the company they represent.
