Original Comment I had a Toyota avalon and the service in Harvey La was awesome. So my husband and I traded the Avalon in and bought a 4 runner and a tundra truck. Our daughter at the same time bought a Camry. I don't know what happened but the service dept sucks. My daughter brought her cat in and not only ruin the inside to fix the phone speaker, the car had grease fingerprints all insude her car, side dash cracked, scratches all on the outside and the speaker still not fixed. She stayed 2 weeks without a vehicle because her new car needed bodyshop work and detailing,which all grease could not be removed. Today I brought my tundra in to see why a light came on, normally when it happened in my Avalon the service dept checked right away to see what the problem was, well today over an hour wait. Had I known Toyota downgraded and approve this to happen to their service dept , we would have bought elsewhere.
