I am very disappointed with the service at pep boys I dropped my car off Thursday afternoon and was told I should hear something back by Friday morning. I call them back multiple times friday still no word even left me on hold for 20 mins here it is Friday evening and still no word on my car this will be the last time I deal with pep boys for anything relating to my car issues.
